Large scale multi-asset repair works were successfully delivered while
the plant remained fully operational, amid extremely hot temperatures and high humidity.

Cairns Regional Council engaged MCM to undertake repairs on multiple assets within their wastewater treatment plant which services the Gordonvale township. A comprehensive suite of remedial works was undertaken across their bioreactor tank, chlorine contact tank, clarifier, RAS / WAS pump station, amenities pump station and supernatant pump station.

To undertake large-scale repair and remedial works with minimal disruption to facility operations and the broader Gordonvale township.

  • Rapid deployment of additional resources to ensure program timeline still met, despite unforeseen leaking cracks and substrate in chlorine tank, requiring re-profiling prior to application of epoxy coating
