Our people

Who we are

With a focus on positive workplace culture and ongoing mentorship, our team is made up of talented individuals with a range of specialist skills.

We recognise that our people are our greatest asset, and so we proactively invest in their growth, development and wellbeing. This approach has built a positive workplace culture which is reflected in our long term retention of staff and the extent of repeat business we receive. This makes us extremely proud.

Our team comprises skilled technicians and masters of highly specialised trades including electrochemical technologies, stonemasonry and wharf carpentry to name a few.  Such knowledge cannot be learned in an institution but is acquired on the job, under the mentorship of our master tradesmen and bolstered through our in-house training programs.  Our people comprise highly experienced staff and younger professionals which we believe fosters a strong culture of value retention, growth, and a continued standard of excellence.

We are strongly committed to ensuring zero harm and our ethos around this is simple; our people must return home safely each day.  This commitment has seen us incur zero LTIs in recent years and through our rigorous ongoing commitment to safe working practices, we intend to keep it that way.
