Project overview
MCM will be undertaking maintenance works on the College Street stairs connected to the Domain Express walkway. This will include removal and installation of sandstone blocks, pressure washing of the assets, repointing, crack injection, and instillation of the balustrade.
Temporary closures of the surrounding footpaths and walkways will periodically be required throughout the works. During temporary closures alternate routes will remain open and displayed on MCM signage. However, some parking bays will be temporarily unavailable to allow for our site compound.
We will work to minimise community impacts during this time, however there will be minor machinery noise during the works.
